Dermal anchor piercings. These ones are on my clavicle. They aren't as straight as they look, the center one is lower than the other two. I've always wanted some. I'm so excited!

Yes, it hurt, but not as bad as I had imagined.

Wow. I've never seen that kind of piercing before, had to look it up real quick to see how that works.
Does the anchor stay inside permanently?

As far as I know, yes... It would be pretty damn hard to get that out once it's healed to the sub dermal hole in the metal.

That's been a problem since I was 11. These are #'s 25-28, at least there aren't any below the belt that would cause problems at the airport. Shit, even getting me onto an airplane is nearly impossible, so metal detectors are not usually a problem.

Just stay away from large, superconducting magnets.

Is there an "enough" point with piercings? I saw people in college who looked like they'd just been assaulted by a hardware store.
