Esthetically the top one's my favorite. As much as I like "fabric wall vore" it's a good illustration that there's a LOT of body wall between stomach and the outside. The heavy abdominal muscles are there, as is any fat padding.
And unfortunately for Noah, he's also finding out just how much lies between him and the outside. Getting eaten is fatal; he'll be doing well just to be alive once Mort reaches his lair again.
