I'm glad you like him and want to offer some kindness. Really, it just takes someone to make an effort to talk and show interest to make him feel, well, let's say welcomed. And yes, this could be said for me as well. I'm used to it. Even if being in a sales position currently has made me a little better, I'll never be able to shake off these kind of feelings.
