Ashcroft Investigations had an unusual client show up in their office one day. A strange person who spoke fast and claimed to be a member of Oberon's court. Long story short they asked us to collect some information on something called the Manhattan Clan. Getting involved in faerie business is well... Usually a bad idea. But when you're behind on your rent and there aren't any other jobs coming in... Sometimes you do what you gotta do.

But... The contract that was signed had more involved in it than just some simple information gathering. The faerie called it a boon. Some might call it a curse. Odin called it just another Thursday. Whenever the sun would set the wolf detective and his young kitten sidekick would transform into ferocious looking beasts called gargoyles. The change would occur every night without stop, up until the contract is completed.

Of course... The new form had some pretty neat benefits. Calex may have already been pretty tough, but this level of strength was new for Odin. And having wings that could let you glide through the night was pretty cool tool. Perhaps... They didn't have to complete this work anytime soon.

In fact... After finally meeting this Manhattan Clan they might decide not to finish the job at all.
