I just watched "Brotherhood of the wolf" I really liked the movie and I loved how cool the opening scene with one of the main characters just trashing a group of bad guys....

Mostly all you are missing is conviction, there is lots of nice stuff here but it's all looking like it's waiting to be finished. Watch proportions like arm lengths and such, eventually you will learn to put flow into your art like lines flowing from one part to the other like a comfortable track for the eye to follow, that's where exaggeration is tweaked then you discover your own style instead of borrowing from anime.
