I just can’t seem to cope at the moment everything in my mind is just against me... nothing I do is right.. nothing I say is heard... nothing.... just a big open bowl of nothing...
I wish I knew how to cope with my pain... my illness... my mental health... it’s literally pushing me all these meds I have to take... my life hangs in the balance my pills are my life... I just want to be free from it all... but I know I won’t ever be free so I must grow to live with it..

I can’t live with out it I have chromes and if I don’t take my meds it could end badly for me.. I had a week without any and it put me in hospital... I also suffer with depression and anxiety and other medical issues... my relationship with my creator is death if I’m not careful
