I decided to try something new. I've dabbled in Chinese ink painting before, but thought I'd advance it into a new area of my artwork :3

It's painted on a cream and white Chinese silk scroll which is weighted one end with a wooden pole and has a ribbon to hang it. It rolls up nicely too. I used traditional ink and a Chinese calligraphy brush.

This was one a commission with personalised text (translated into Chinese characters as best I could) and a bamboo picture. Hope you enjoy :3
