Here a kinda new/old OC I made whos base on a Railroad engine like few of my other OC's There engine OC's with Human forms.
This lovely Southern Belle is named Charlotte Bell. She base on Norfolk and Western No.611
Charlotte is a Norfolk & Western J class 4-8-4, built in 1950 by the N&W's own workshops in Roanoke, VA. She may appear snooty and stuck-up, but she's actually a very kind, helpful and generous person. However, if you mess with her too much and make her angry, she can be a force to be reckoned with. She is also very proud of her N&W heritage, but not to the point where it affects her attitude, since she still respects where other engines may come from.
