Time for a little backstory on Ally Gator methinks: read only if you have the time or are just interested...


She originally started out as a one-off character for a silly mini-series of pics, but after looking her over I kinda like how I drew her so decided to flesh her out a little further.


She's basically based on Betty Suarez of "Ugly Betty"; young, eager, intelligent enough, but has dreams to fulfil certain fantasies she's had during her time at college. Fact of the matter is she's really too shy to actually live them unless she feels she's in comfortable, trusting company. For now, it's the internet and her notepads that help ease the edge off her "urges".

....and I don' think you needn't guess which "dreams" she has in mind to make a reality either.... XP


This piece sorta came about whilst randomly doodling more of Ally, just to make her more real and believable. Anyone who has had to move out of home to go study would obviously have had related phone conversations such as these many times before.
