I don't expect this to blow up or anything, but if anyone wants to make one, here is the run-down:

The halocine are a raptor-like species that live on a planet much too far to even see.
They are omnivore creatures with the ability to jump very high, nearly hovering for a few seconds in the air. They are also very precise at running due to their tails helping them turn and balance.

If you want to make one yourself, you have my permission. If you have any questions, just ask me. Please follow the rules as much as you can if you decide to make one. Don't sell any characters of halocine without my explicit permission.

Coloring-
Halocines have very natural colors for the most part. Just whatever colors you
can find on the fur of an animal. Some do, however, have highlights of one radical color throughout their feathers. The highlights are not plentiful, but can follow whatever pattern they please. All of them, however, have three rings on their wing of either their radical color or another color from their palate.

Male-Female differences
Hair- Male's goes forwards mostly, females are swooped back
Horns- Male's are more blunt and large, female's are slimmer and pointy
Eyes- Both are very triangular, male's pointing forward and female's pointing back slightly
