Idea I had strike me like lighting... Fursuit head that opens like a visor.
denimwizard has a suit that works like this, or is open-able to some extent, I stoled the base idea from him XD or whomever made his suit.
It's not all correct, would need to build a few and refine the idea, and get the placements of velcro and such right...
Feel free to use or modify the idea!

from what you have here, the lower jaw may present trouble
You may need to add a zipper to the back so you can have a larger opening to put the foundation on, and then zip it snug to the head, then use press studs as suggested for key points to ensure good alignment and velcro to create a more 'welded' join between face and foundation
