While out on one of his usual leisure rides down at the boardwalk, Catherine ran into a local by the name of Pepper. His natural reaction was to, of course, ask her if she'd sat in a pile of sugar- what you see here is the result of an incel hitting on a lady just trying to get her daily jog in.
