purple is........ by far my favorite color to draw with. im glad i get to play fern in d&d again, especially as a real witch. he got a reskin now that he's in a fantasy. i had no real reason to choose dark elf/drow outside of the aesthetic, but now that im working with it, its really fitting. he lowkey envies another pc because she can see fine in the day and gets to leave the settlement for plant collecting. he thinks flowers are pretty, but he doesnt get to see them bloom during the day (or at least not without like... eye strain and discomfort)
i feel like this art is a little rougher than my usual, but its just bc i didnt intend on actually finishing it during it's sketches? i just thought id slap some flats on a sketch and call it a day but look where we are now
sidenote, i didnt draw those tentacles in the back, theyre just from some free png site. he's just a big fan of his tentacle spell
