Wanna say thank you again, Three-Wen. This image of Shiny looks quite adorable and fun at the same time. He's quite the funloving and toony Totodile so such Inflation-based situations surely might not be all too new around his neighbourhood but his dudes surely always find he looks cute when round and bouncy.
He himself loves balloons and inflatable toys because of how squeaky and colorful they are and how they can easily grow in sizejust by adding some air. Being like that gives Shiny not only the oppurtunity to push and play at his prominent tummy but also at times to have quite the nice perspective on things. For a lil guy like him it's always nice to be bigger for a brief while and look at things from above.

In regards to the way you drew Shiny I wanna say it's always amusing to see the huge variety in which people can inflata a character. In this version he surely looks bouncy, kinda like if a beachball got inflated inside his middle.
I could well imagine Shiny to have the same physics and his dudes to toss him through the air with ease. He's pretty much a featherweight from the get-go. That means, if they even get to toss him. If I'd have such a tubby and round version of him, I'd probably nuzzle against his middle and give him huggles.

You drew Shiny's expression really nicely. It conveys well his curious nature. You can basically see him excited about various things like his fun appearance, his viewpoint, the sheer bigness of his. It all comes together in a very pure and wide-eyed manner, well befitting such a happy-go-lucky Totokiddo. X3
Aside from the superfun gif you showed me, I could also see Shiny just rock around on his inflated crotch like one of those toys that cannot fall over...I guess even if he'd fall over, he'd not mind much and make the best of it (plus it would look rather adorable to observe him trying to get up agin, I feel. <X3), hehe.

The colors and details are also all really well executed. I really like Shiny's eyes for example, and also his clothing is looking just as like in his reference. The action lines help to see how he wobbles around here.
The shines and gradients on Shiny#s hide are also very well drawn and help to make it all look even rounder and friendly.
Additionally, the background is also neat and colorful. Reminds me a bit of those candy corns. =3

I appreciate it supermuch and feel glad you found Shiny's design fun enough to use for an art piece. It's a big honor and it gladdens me to hear you had a lot of fun drawing him. I'll treasure that kindness and the drawing of my Totodile mascot and hope that you'll have just as much joy in your game and arts projects as that you gave me here.
