Pia is an old character I've had for a long time. Originally human, I decided to give her the anthro treatment as well. Pia is a bounty hunter who prefers to do things her way. Besides her abilities to control wind and shadow, she has the unique ability that nothing can command or control her. As seen with her pose, she's rather blunt in her language, vocal or body.
