Gilt Onyc, a euthanist for the Orzhov Syndicate. Not much is known of his past, as even he is unaware of it. He was found and raised in an Orzhovian orphanage, thinking he was the abandoned result of a Simic Experiment. His natural stealth was quickly noticed by the Syndicate, and his training began thereafter. Gilt, as he was given the name of, excelled at the physical and magical training he was given. His own natural abilities such as echolocation and flight made hitting any mark he was given and getting away that much easier. He became a rather well known resource for the higher ups of the Syndicate, being a favorite by some to send to collect the debts of their debtors. Many of the patriarchs, when asked what happened to those who owed the "sin" of their debt, would smile and give the reply "Gilt killed the sinner." (Get it? Like "guilt" hehehe)


Gilt is a character I made to show my love of the Orzhov Syndicate within Magic the Gathering. What better species to match with them than a bat, right? Plus, I've always wanted a bat character hehehehe
