So that sculpt in the previous pic, I took the head and modified it into a mask. Then proceeded to 3d print it.
Ive made a few over the past 3 years I suppose? paper mache and attempts and resin casting. Really happy how this came out!

Great job getting it out if your own repaired 3D printer ;). Seems to be printing really well. How many different parts where they?
Ya could also try semi-flexibel filament, for softer spots/feeling, or making the mask a bit more compfy? Dunno. just an idea.
Oooh, maybe ya can also add some hair modeling into it ;)
