Was this done with watercolors? Because those are some nice details, especially for watercolors.
And of course Topez herself look great, I envy her for having that great view.
It is indeed watercolor! Watercolors and teeeeeny tiny brushes with short quick brush strokes, and a lot of patience, and sometimes tears.
And the mandatory dipping of the paintbrush into your drink, that's very important.
