Hisako Rei, collectively known (and feared) by most, if not all, under her purview as simply "The Dean" is the ultimate authority figure over all aspects of The Burlington County Community College, otherwise known as The B3C.
She is a master bio-mancer, shape shifter, illusionist, teacher, tactician & strategist just to name a few of the areas in which she specializes. But, even with so much power at her finger tips and so much responsibility resting upon her shoulders, Dean Hisako still finds the time to enjoy the small pleasures of running & maintaining the efficiency of her school, as well as seeing her students blossoming under the watchful eyes of her hand chosen faculty.
