well he is a red tailed hawk and he is a rescur bird his owner did not know how to looke after him propaly so we got him .he had bumble foot in both feet and both feet were coverd in deid rotting skine as he had shed the old skine and cos of the gunc of his food glued it to his feet so because of the treatment to sort this he is very neves around humans
