Honestly, I couldn't hold off on the sequence for a full week, so you guys get a double-length page! Besides, Istrala transform quickly in a burst of light normally, so who am I to deny my audience of a good, proper transformation sequence~?
Drawing the transition in the non-panel segments from light to dark was a bit of a challenge, but one I thoroughly enjoyed. Special props to Kyrio, who came up with the swirling light effects. I REALLY like how they came out.

This is exactly why the enyo see so far aside from the protagonist can't be anything other than evil. They slaughtered the village and one acted like they were the justified villians. Sure some may not be bad, but from what we've seen so far they seem to have deserved their reputation.
its kinda a death spiral there, becuase of the demons reputation the only ones that ususaly accept the enyo's offer are the criminal or the desperate, as a result the majority of the istrala at the moment are criminals, thus yes there going to be dicks, this isn't the fault of the enyo, they are just following there instincts.
however rohan's actions going forward could have the potential to change that, after all if word begins to spread that there is at least one demon who refuses to be evil, who stands against even his own kind to protect the innocent, more of a righteous disposition might begin to embrace the dark power.

You must accept your true path. Does this mean the goddess had been planning for him to join with an Enyo this whole time? Even at the cost of possibly damning his soul? Then again, who says it will be damned? It may well be that he'll still be able to live an honorable and good life with the happy reward at its end. I suppose only time will tell. I am curious what will happen with his other half, though. We haven't heard much from him yet.
I think I get this page now. Back when he was fighting the soul eater the female istrala noticed he was denying his power. I believe this dream is a representation of him accepting those powers and filling up on them, I do believe he should be stronger after this. Perhaps not mentally stronger since he still has a lot to work through, but at least his body should have the strength a demon should possess.
