Abilities: Hardened stone-like body, knowledge in martial combat, expert sword user, and wears a ring that allows him to drain stamina and any source of power like magic or chi from a target he grabs with the hand wearing that ring. He can also fly, thanks to wings he usually keeps hidden under his clothes.

Weaknesses: Magic and chi are his biggest weaknesses, as those can ignore his natural defenses, but a weapon enchanted to cut through stone easily would be a threat to him as well. His concern for his subordinates can also be exploited.

Personality: Calm, calculating, and resourceful, Gargoyle is the textbook case of a Mafia Don who knows how to play his cards right and keep the field to his advantage. He does care about those who work for and with him though, and he enforces a strict no killing rule that should only be broken in the most dire and extreme of circumstances. He holds no ill will towards those who stand against him either, especially if they are heroes.

Background: Nikandros has been alive for a long time, his creation having taken place in Ancient Greece, and his creator long since passed. And so, he traveled the world, seeing the sights and wonders for himself as his creator intended, to see the planet and creatures he and his kind was made to safeguard. But the more he saw, the more his view changed, and somewhere along the line he decided the best way to do so was to seek control and moderation of the criminal underworld. Something he enacted upon arriving in Coast City, forming the Stonedge Mafia and making the city his base of operations for this intended purpose. Only he knows how far he wishes to run this idea, but he is not talking.
