. . . I always knew that otters would dominate space one day. As you can see, this otter is large enough that even a star is tiny in his hands. At that size, Earth would be nothing but a speck to him.
Anyways, here's my new character, Mahal. He's a deity and, despite his size, he's a reasonably lovely fellow who mainly keeps away from mortal folks. What he does is keep the universe in check and make sure it doesn't explode, implode, or both, which is far more important to him than being worship by them. He does check on Earth from time to time, but he doesn't see anything worth his time until someone ascended. All I'll say is: You know who the character is.
