Bro crossing is a polluted version of Animal crossing. As unlike Animal crossing there are no animals. ( if there are they have some disease) The town is none as Cheery-town one of the most dangerous places to live in. The city once had some control by the mayor who is evidently vacationing most the time ( Using the Towns money) leaving riots and robberies to break out. Lots of crazy shit goes on in Cheery-town.
