Just after my 50th bday I went to a plush store with a friend, and did not actually mean to buy anything.
Buuut then....they had this! Steiff's Occamy, the eastern dragon-bird hybrid. Right, so this became my bday gift to myself.
It's just gorgeous and special. Even tho it meant a major investment, given the brand!
According to J.K. Rowling, the name Occamy stems from Ockham's razer to leave everything out that's not needed, not from the japanese Okami (which means wolf).
