Today I did a bit of fabric practice.

There are two things that are very important to me when drawing a character. The first, being their face and expression, and the second being what they're wearing. Just as a character's face shows what they're feeling, what they are wearing could give clues as to who they are as a person. Are they wearing baggy jeans and an oversized hoodie? Maybe they prefer fitted jeans and a button down. A character's wardrobe is just as important as their personality, at least to me. So getting better at drawing fabric, and by extension clothes, would mean that I could better portray the personalities of my characters, while making them super stylish in the process. I'l probably be practicing this for a few days until I start understanding it a bit more.
