A free spirited, narcissistic biker from the American Southwest. A Hilarious Accident during a shootout in a soda processing plant left him with a permanent bloated figure and an endless belly full of bubbles.
I think that I've drawn this bubbly boy enough to finally give him a reference sheet of his own. Made a few minor tweaks to his appearance and backstory since I originally posted him.

Well, long story short, a fight against a rival biker gang ended up getting a little out of control, as they're wont to do when Lancer and friends square up. (This is hardly the weirdest place fights like this have spilled into)
He ended up falling off a walkway, into some tanks, and got cartoonishly sucked through the whole system. Thanks to the power of Toon Physics, he came out the other end carbonated and bubbly
