I don't know why, but bats are by far my favorite female furs. Especially when someone puts their wings under their arms as opposed to on their backs.

Definitely, but I'd keep in mind what styles of art-work go best with what wing idea. As much as I hate to bring her up (because every sonic fanboy in the world had wet dreams about her) Rouge's wings are perfect for her animation/cartooning style. They just kinda chill behind her back in a cute way. The more dark/vampiric/demonic art styles tend to attach the wings to the arms. One pic I saw went as far as to have an anthro bat who looked really well drawn with bat hooks for hands instead of actual hands. Bit creepy for me, but still pretty cool.
