She just died at the age of 12, which is really old for an egg laying chicken. She was visibly very sick for the last couple weeks of her life. It sounded like she had a liquid filling her lungs, and she was coughing a lot. I was petting her just an hour before she died, and i could tell she wasn't going to make it through the day.
