On the plus side, Zeena's second boss fight in Frozen Factory might be harder due to her hip's having a certain "attraction" to them, but on the other side, hiding in those snowmen or riding atop one won't be that effective with that generously-sized badonk, plus her weight might slow her down but make her more resistant to any attacks made by her enemies.
Looks like Zeena's gonna be a unstoppable force now! I think we all know when she gets even BIGGER, she'll become a blob and legit a unstoppable force with her blubber. She can just get even BIGGER to attack Sonic! All she has to do is grow even BIGGER and I mean even BIGGER and Sonic won't get passed!

Indeed. As well as become the FATTEST member of The Deadly Six! Which, if the other five in The Deadly Six and Master Zik become her size, they might as well change their name to The Fatty Six, The Blobby Six, The Obese Six, or The Immobile Six. (i can't think of a name xD)
