Once I found out how to make loads of detail in very little time, it just came naturally. Maybe I should do a tutorial.

My work used to have a lot more detail. Probably because that was when I was in high school and my brain desperately needed the distraction.

yah, same with me. I used to just draw without sketching out anything first. It ended up looking nice some of the time, but too often my characters would end up flyswatted across the paper.
