Oh, that is a very interessting question, I had to think for a while.
But I think I see spring as a deer! A fully grown deer with great antlers, maybe as some kind of protector of the freshly grown plants!

There was also another animation of a deer, creating footsteps of flowers behind him, so that might have been a reason to that as well!
