It's been over a year, but I finally get to upload and thank proper for this gift I received last Christmas. Selianth and I had struck up quite a talkative friendship especially after wedging her in-between a mating session of Sarlissa and Terra (upload pending). Anyways our conversation drifted to things outside of OCs and intimacy. I was going through a rough patch in life, money was extremely tight for my spouse and I, and it pained us deeply that we, more or less, had to "cancel" Christmas. I did the gentle dragon thing and got Sarlissa a gift of course, but that year...I would have gone with nothing. I would have been okay with it, but then Selianth sent me a message and inside it was a link! It was this free headshot of the dragon I value so greatly. She took time out of her life and she shared her ability with me for nothing. I was so surprised, so shocked, and so amazed at such a tiny gesture of generosity that turned into so much more. I made it through that depressing holiday season and picked ourselves up out of our rut pretty darn quick after receiving this.

I must take a moment and say "Thank you Selianth! Your simple gesture of kindness did more for me than you may ever know. Life is bright and happy again thanks to hard work, and thanks to you. Even if I don't chat with you as much as we once did, you are a friend to me...honestly forever and truly."
