This character's name is Flynn Marcus, he is one of the main characters of Fables Of Elteria (one of my rpg game dev projects/stories)
Flynn is kind of like a futuristic greaser, he likes to ride his hover bike and is an excellent sharpshooter. He is Caleb and Leone's best friend and always has their backs, growing up together after all. He can be arrogant and quick to anger but he's a great friend to them.
I always had a green conure in mind as his design but i struggled to give him a good design so i commissioned my good friend Constelia to give him a great design and she definitely delivered!
