This is a commission from the luxurious Zeitzbach of Lazur and one of his faithful servants, standing by his side while he sips wine and awaits a payment from one of the many villagers that he 'protects' from himself. "It's quite simple - in exchange for myself not destroying your humble abodes, and perchance even to defend you in times of need, you will sacrifice gold, gems, and other valuable items to me for my hoard. Should you not, you'll pay a far more steep price."
