So because Yulia is so Ｍｉｎｄ-Ｎｕｍｂｉｎｇｌｙ colorful, putting her in brightly colored clothes is kind of a problem. : U I tasked my friend 
Darerara to throw together a cute outfit for her that would work, and she went with a sort of slightly goth aesthetic. And it really works! : D The contrast really helps her natural color stand out, and helps keepin Yulia lookin great.
