When I was first developing the concept behind Guttersnipe http://www.guttersnipecomic.com these were some of my earliest ideas for the different characters. Mugsy has changed the most (as he's now the second-in-command of the Apple Cobbler gang rather than the head of the Eastside Brawlers), but the others are pretty much the same. Thought it might amuse you.
