Name is cool, but a Spanish name for an English-based region Pokemon doesn't make sense, regardless of the Pokemon's theme.

Typing is a bit mixed. On one hand it's got a LOT of resistances, but on the other it's got a 4x weakness to Ground, which is NOT a good thing for a Pika-clone or any fast attacker. The problem with them is that they're too frail (this including low HP) to last one physical hit without barriers or defense buffs, and a 4x weakness to one of the strongest physical Types there is will result in an early KO. A simple Magnitude is all it would take.

I'll be blunt, the Abilities are NOT thought out very well. Matter of fact, they're practically basic-bitch material for Electric-Types. I get that its tail acts as a conduit for its electric moves, but that plus Volt Absorb as its Abilities? WHO would use an Electric-Type against a creature of this Typing? Sure, getting a quarter of its HP back is good, but no one will be dumb enough to use an Electric attack on it, even without the Steel-Type.

The entry...I've never cared much for entries. We never see the creatures doing such things in the games, only SOMETIMES in the anime, and even when we do, GF's never paid attention to the entries. Hell, they reuse entries in later games, which makes them more like monotonous facts than anything else.

Appearance of the thing is...cooler than the Pika-clone we got I'll admit. I like the little cuffs it has on its legs and it does look like a fierce fighter (even if it looks more like a huggable plush than anything else), but it honestly looks like some kind of Raichu ripoff if you ask me, with a hint of Dedenne in there. I mean, long tail with a sharp tip almost shaped like a thunderbolt, orange and brown fur/hair, small as heck and has large round ears? Yeah, it screams of both creatures.

Overall...not good. Also the shiny is literally just a deeper shade of its normal body and ear colour and that's it.

I speak only the truth. A truth many people seem to ignore or forget. What's the point of a creature if it lacks required qualities, even IF it's made for fun? In fact, that's the problem: They make them for FUN. No thought or care put into what they'd actually be capable of in-game. It's pointless, no matter how you spin it.

And yes, the Ability was NOT thought out. Lightning Rod is a predictable Ability for a Pokemon of this Type, and it won't do it ANY favors since no one will be dumb enough to use an Electric-Type against it (unless it's their last mon, in which case tough luck). Also, Gamefreak adding Lightning Rod to Groun-Types also makes no sense, because earth neither conducts nor can absorb electricity. What does this even have to do with this Pokemon, huh? The fact that its Ability was predictably chosen?

Shit is shit, pointless is pointless, and I am not afraid to speak my word. No offense to the guy who made this, I hold NO hate for him, but I do know a bad design when I see one.

I could give you an art lesson and pick apart how all your drawings and OCs lack all basic design principles, functionality, colour theory, and character design principles, but you're not a professional so I'm not gonna treat you like one nor do I think you want your work picked apart in 4 paragraph essays on why you need to "git gud" or how your OCs are "Shitty and pointless".

I don't work for GameFreak and I just think this guy was cute and fun to make and 99% of people on FA and Twitter agree so like... lighten up.

One: Sure, except people will plan accordingly. They see this thing, they'll switch out with a better mon either manually or a move like Baton Pass.

Two: Those pics of mine are old, though due to my laziness I haven't gotten rid of them. I'm not claiming to be a pro at drawing either, but I still know my stuff.
