The picture looks beautiful, also that's not a what if honey. That is reality, There are many different dimensions, realities, and timelines across existence. Few can peer across them to see what can be, what could be, what could have been, what is, what will be, what may be, and so on.

Yes the picture looks indeed super amazing! Leokatana did very great!
While it is true that there are many, the average person isn't aware of this and in the omniverse of this story, it's known by next to nobody, and it's especially problematic, when a worldline or timeline threatening act happens or how many there actually are
It's an interesting, yet super confusing topic, that's for sure :3 - my description is basically just a narrative, mostly rhetorical in question and aimed at the viewer :3

It pretty much is a what if scenario though, as the existence of other realities has not been proven. They are helpful to solve problems in some models of reality, in mathematics and hypothetical time-travel scenarios, but nothing of this proves anything.
That said, I prefer to imagine them to exist too, because they are just an too awesome concept to be ignored. Maybe some day there might be a proof for their existence... or non-existence. One might only hope.
