I do a self portrait every now and again, I really suggest it to people who want to get better at drawing humans. Looking at a selfie or drawing yourself while looking in a mirror over and over again can really help you grasp proportions more quickly then drawing random people or from imagination in my opinion.

i hate looking at myself, tho XD ...also i'm very round so i can't get a good look at the underlying anatomy, looking at my own face... i should definitely draw more humans from references tho....
