A hybrid of that of a Gardevoir, Milotic, and Meloetta.

Euterpe is an artificial hybrid, her genetics being spliced together by a secretive organization known as the HWDP (or Hybrid Weapons Development Program). She was originally a normal Gardevoir before her abduction, however she has no recollection of her past since the genetic splicing and mutation.

Her powers are a perfect mixture of the three species. By singing, she is capable of manipulating all water around her. She is also capable of imbuing this water with healing properties from her psychic abilities, thus by wrapping the water around the injuries of others it can accelerate the healing process.

She is a very kind individual, always sympathetic to those around her. Ever since she was freed from the HWDP by a guild organization known as the Guardians of Twilight, she dedicated herself to assist them the best she can. Ever since then her abilities have allowed her to climb the ladder before eventually becoming the Head Nurse of the Medical Branch, and to this day she hasn't allowed a single individual to die under her care.

The Identification Tattoo on her shoulder reads 'GAR-03', given to her by the HWDP.
