He’s a Dalmatian with multiple colors on his body but also very few spots. Blackout is the oldest of three but when Blackout, his little sister Ansi and his younger brother Ruso join a group with other Dalmatians and other creatures- Blackout is bullies by everyone else but a older pup named Marco and his two deputies Oreo and Cream.
