The 'local thief' is said to not really have a name, some speculate that Thistle knows the actual name, but he has yet to tell anyone else as far as anyone knows.

He usually like to steal money from the human villages. And for some reason has always has a 'day off' if a human business fail if or if not caused by stolen rent money. He also steal other stuff for Thistle and his gang, but no one on the farm pay attention to that out of fear of eggs or food being stole if they get on the raccon's bad side.
