story: Rukrio comes home after a succesful sumo match (explaination for being skinny is that i can swell up with fat and muscle or just fat, and revert back. NOT MUSCLE ALONE THOUGH!) to find that his cookies are gone. he scans Elespark's aura to find out that he was the thief. of course he tried to cover it up with the excuse "but someone force-fed me!" to no avail. not happy with a regular punishment, Rukrio hires a Combusken to do it for him.
