Here we have Lutorginae the unusually large Buizel/Lugia hybrid again.

This time, Lut is taking a swim deep in the ocean and happens to come across a submarine. Being a competitive spirit, Lut offers to race the little submarine!

So this was another fun and very experimental picture for me. Underwater + sort-of perspective where we're looking at her from the front and side but where her feet are pretty far back + twisting in a way where she's facing the sub. Difficult, but I enjoyed the challenge. Also at the suggestion of others I tried do improve my sketching approach and it looks like it really helped!

All-in-all I'm very happy with how this came out!
