So once upon a time I had a Darkwing Duck OC whom I loved very very much. WELL, since thinking about getting serious with ‘Insert Evil Laugh Here’, I’ve thought of the notion of bringing her into that world. And so here we have the March Hare! Say ‘how d’ye do?’ and shake hands. Just don’t be surprised if you see her using her telekinesis during one of her mad tea parties.
