forgot to post this here from a lil while ago! FO76's scorchbeasts are massive and mutated bats, but the canon design is... really awkward? there's not much to hark back to their origin, most likely eastern pipistrelles.
Voracious but almost sightless aboveground, they rely on sonic waves at such a strong frequency that it incapacitates their prey. They can hear motion easily, but heat-sensing pits and an acute sense of smell also detect radiation signatures created by blisters of blight erupting from its back and infecting living creatures nearby.
I have the Queen redesign in progress but she'll take a while to get to under the rest of my to-do list!

Don't worry they are not reskin, they share absolutely zero animations so if they are reskins its actually a Very good job. The only things they have in common with Skyrim's dragons is they were made by bethesda, fly, attack from the air. and will generally be giant flying cunts when you are over burdened and just trying to get to the get back to base.
