It is a curious thing that those things which are most dangerous are often the most fascinating to us, the would-be victims and prey.

A wonderful demonic monster adopted from  BariesuTerram !

This creature is a fascinating individual indeed, one I'm still trying to figure out properly. They are absolutely carnivorous, but prefer that their meat is flavored with terror and fear. To that end they stalk their prey, using the powers of shadow to become that which the hapless victim fears the most, or at least something equally horrific. They're quite intelligent, if sometimes simple-minded. They're likely related distantly to my Stalker, being of the same family of creatures (My demons being more a loose species than fully supernatural beings). And this one is genderfluid, choosing their presentation based on the circumstances at hand. So, he/she/they are all appropriate. ;3

What a beautiful, terrifying design! I love the sharp lines, long limbs, all the spikes and fins... Everything about this fella is so dangerous and menacing, so very capable of tearing you apart in a dark alley. But honestly, that just makes her hotter to me. You may have noticed by now, but I have a weakness for unusual, dateable monsters. X3
My preferences aside, they're such an amazing looking demon and I can't wait to get some amazing art with them and figure out their place in the world!

Once again, this character needs a name, though I have a feeling my demons really don't want their names getting out, preferring a more descriptive alias, just like the Stalker. True names are powerful, after all...
How about the Nightmare? Or perhaps someone has another suggestion, I'm open to ideas. ;3
