I'm of a fan of the chest-bearing costumes as well. However, they are your characters and you can dress them any way you would like.
About the drawing itself, Bast looks a little bad-ass even in that stotic pose, and I enjoy the different textures of the light black lines with the darker-black lines, the later mostly for outlinging the clothes and body parts.

I don't think the jacket top really goes with the spandex theme you've got going on elsewhere. You might consider sprucing up the lower half of the costume a bit - Possibly a place for her to stuff those guns she's holding? That direction would kind of take you away from the charmingly cartoonish bent you had going earlier, though...
