Eliot Rivera fue un detective que se metió en problemas con personas peligrosas e importantes. Pronto llamo la atención de la ADM una organización encargada de los asuntos relativos a los metas individuos. No fue difícil convérselo de volverse uno de sus agentes. Él fue el novato designado al original equipo saeta, con los cuales cumplió varias misiones antes de la tragedia ocurrida en el hotel Rialto, siendo el y Quincey los únicos sobrevivientes.
Usando los recursos que quedaban su disposición y con ayuda del veterano Jefferson Marsh ahora busca encarecer los hechos que le costaron la vida a su anterior equipo, mientras intenta dirigir un nuevo equipo formado por las “sobras” de la ADM. El intenta ser un buen líder pero el camino que tiene por delate podrá ser mas peligroso de lo que espera

Soon he call the attention of the ADM an organization in charge of the issues related to the superpowered beings. It was not difficult to convince him to become one of their agents. He was the rookie designated to the original team saeta, with which he fulfilled several missions before the tragedy occurred in the Rialto hotel, being he and Quincey the only survivors.
